We are a family run business providing estate and succession planning advice and related services. We are based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire and have clients that are mainly situated in Leicestershire and surrounding counties.

Lindsey Atterbury began her career in the law in 1988 training with a well regarded Leicester firm. Lindsey Qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000. Lindsey has always advised clients in the private client area of law in relation to Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning. Lindsey's passion is assisting elderly and vulnerable people to access quality advice they can understand.
